Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly  accept returns or exchanges if the product becomes damaged or defective in any way. Pictures will be taken before your product is shipped out , and boxed up completely. If your item becomes defective we will then replace or refund the product. Understanding that a product only becomes  defective when you can't use your product due to no fault of your own. If in FACT the product becomes defective please lookout for a follow-up email , and phone call in regards to this matter.  If you receive a damage product or defective product within 48 hours  YOU MUST take a picture of the item (s) , and send them into customer service @icmuniquedesigns@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item (s).Please note every inquiry will be looked into thoroughly that involves refunds, exchanges, and returns. After reviewing the situation we will send you details on whether your order meets the requirement to further process your return or exchange. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products we WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns, exchanges, or refunds if the product has not become defective or damaged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

 Please note that order discrepancies MUST be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS  of receiving your physical product. The packing slip is proof of purchase, and MUST be presented for all DISCREPANCIES. Please upload a picture of the the packing slip, along with you product (s), and state what you are looking to get resolved to customer service @icmuniquedesigns@gmail.com.

FAILURE to include your PACKING SLIP, along with picture  of products will be a lost of any discrepancy correction.

If there is an issue with your order after you have already received your order YOU have 24-48 hours to EMAIL US and let us know. NO EXCEPTIONS.
